Tramontina Return Policy?
The Return Policy for Tramontina is as follows:

New and unused products: If not completely satisfied with the purchase, return the new and unused product for a refund. The returned products must be received within 30-days of the original delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be given for a product received more than 30-days from the date of original delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and in new, and unused condition. All products to be returned must have their complete original packaging materials including any manuals or printed materials. Used products or products damaged from misuse will not be accepted for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping & Handling Fee: Each product returned for a refund is subject to a flat Shipping & Handling Fee of $15.00, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
